ON8: Da’Nelle Earl, Nebraska Track & Field

In this episode of Ops Nation, we’re talking to the Director of Operations for the University of Nebraska Track & Field, Da’Nelle Earl. Da’Nelle has been with the Husker athletic program in some capacity since 2005.

In this episode Da’Nelle talks about her original intention to be a teacher and coach, her college (and track & field career) at Liberty University, working for the legendary Gary Pepin, getting mentored by current assistant coach and former director of operations T.J Pierce, taking courses at the USTFCCCA convention, the traits that lend themselves to being a successful Ops person, and how moving to the Big Ten changed some of her tasks.
