Nicole Griffin has joined the Youngstown State women’s basketball coaching staff as the program’s director of operations, Penguins head coach John Barnes announced on Thursday.
Griffin comes to Youngstown after serving as an assistant coach at Carroll University, a Division III school in Wisconsin, the previous two years. Griffin will be in charge of coordinating the Penguins’ travel logistics and budget, catered meals, on-campus recruiting visits, camps, practice schedules and academics.

She also gained valuable experience the last two seasons as an assistant coach.”
