Alioune Ndiaye Named Dir Ops for Stony Brook Women’s Basketball | StonyBrookAthletics.com

STONY BROOK, N.Y. – Stony Brook head women’s basketball coach Caroline McCombs has announced the addition of Alioune Ndiaye as the Seawolves’ director of basketball operations for the upcoming 2017-18 season.

“We are thrilled to welcome Coach Al and his family to Stony Brook,” said McCombs. “He is a loyal, hardworking and genuine person who will add great value to our program.”

Ndiaye returns to Long Island after spending the past two seasons as an assistant coach at Miami (Ohio). With the Redhawks, Ndiaye’s duties included working with Miami’s post players, leading international recruiting, and expanding the Redhawks’ community service efforts.
